I ordered the 14g 1/2 inch 4mm ball.
I have had my piercings for about 9 years and they're still sensitive when changing jewlery.

Jewlery: I was told by a piercer that titanium is a great option for those with sensitive skin, and when surgical steel doesn't do that trick. 1/2 inch is a very snug fit. I have no exposed barbell. The 4mm balls are very tiny, Compared to the ball on my belly ring it's about 1/3 to 1/4 of the size. This is a nice set if you want to avoid snagging the piercing on clothes and if you want your piercing to be undetected when going bra-less.

Process: This is my first set of internally threaded barbells and I found them a lot less painful to insert due to the lack of threads exposed. I also recommend using a water solvable lubricant (KY jelly works) to coat the jewlery to make it go through easier. I just butted the new barbell up to the end of the previously inserted jewlery and followed it through. Absolutely painless!

Seller: product arrived on time in a plastic bag, these do not come in sealed sterilized packages so you will need to wash them with Antibacterial soap (Dial). This is a great price for a custom set of nipple rings, you would pay at least double to do this at a shop, plus tip of course. Just be sure to use check the measurements on yourself or on jewlery that you already own that fits well.

Bought these just for the internally threaded balls. Needed to temporarily remove onyx bullets from new piercings because the swelling was too much. I had to match my 16G bars bc I didn't want to remove them so soon after the piercing was done.

These were perfect! Accurate gauge. Accurate ball size-options were a huge plus to choose from. The threading of these perfectly matched the bars I'd gotten from the professional shop, and I quickly had no more irritation.

I have extremely sensitive skin, and my piercings were less than 2 weeks old when I used this item. Metal is definitely good quality.

These are amazing once in place but when i got them it took 3 different people to unscrew them over the course of a week. We ended up getting one unscrewed with plyers, i dont know if they all come like this but it was inconvenient at first. Once unscrewed they have been nice and comfortable although they are on the smaller side

Purchased a pair of solid titanium Internally 14g threaded barbells. They appear to be of good quality but the balls were on so tight that I couldn't loosen them with my hands. I finally had to resort to using 2 sets of cloth covered pliers and even this was difficult. Fortunately, the jewelry was not damaged.

Just what I needed! I wanted smaller barbells to use and these are wonderful I got the 1/2 size with the 4mm balls and they fit perfect!

Only problem you MIGHT have, the smaller the balls the harder they may be to unscrew. It took me a lil while to unscrew the ball (only one unscrews too).

I was hesitant in buying these at first since I usually order from other websites for my jewelry or my piercer but I wasn't crazy about their selection. I gave this a try, and let's just say my piercings have healed a lot quicker, the extra room helps a lot! Good quality metal too.
