Life savers, I have had my piercing for about 4 years and when I got them they were fine and healed great but for the last 6-7 months it was giving me hell. My nipples was sore to the touch and bleeding from time to time. it also became crusty. I did some research and stumbled upon this seller after reading the reviews I was like what the hell let me try to change the ring to Titanium (I had surgical steel ) The change of my rings have been the best decision I could have made. It has been 2 weeks since I have had them in and when I say my nipples have completed HEALED NO MORE BLEEDING, SORNESS, CRUSTY, NOTHING . I'm back in love with THEM. So if your trying to decide if you should order my advice will be HELL YA.

I ordered this set of titanium barbells for nipple piercings that were showing signs of sensitivity to surgical steel.
I’ve had these barbells in for close to a week now, but I noticed a significant reduction in sensitivity symptoms after just the first day or two.
I will definitely order from Ruifan again!

Editing to add: I’ve now been wearing these for about a month and I still find them to be fantastic! My piercings are no longer crusting, swelling, or getting irritated from the wind blowing the wrong way lol.

I had a nipple piercing that did not want to heal. I got one of these and it healed nicely. They are good quality. Note that the measurement for the bar is the length in between the ball ends.

Very nice quality item. As soon as I put them in my nipples weren’t sore and sensitive like were before. The metal color is your average barbell color. The picture makes it look like dark metal but it’s not. So keep that in mind if color is important to you. But to me it wasn’t I just needed good jewelry to help with healing. And these babies worked for that.

This fits my nipple piercing perfectly. The threaded ball is very secure and the quality is outstanding. The sizing is spot-on. I don't experience any irritation and I was able to fit the jewelry in easily using soapy water. It has a slightly less reflective polish than the image indicates but I'm not looking to blind people with my nipple bling. Feel secure in ordering this item as it's just as described.

I used to just have my ears get irritated when I wore earrings with nickle. Over the past few years it has gotten way worse, now even my stainless steel (or so labled) has made my piercings basically infected in about a day in a half. I've had these in for almost a week and no issues. I definitely recommend.
UPDATE: So I've had these for quite some time now and have had zero issues. Very pleased!

I can’t say enough good things about these barbells! The 1/2in surgical steel ones I got from my piercer were giving me major problems, they were both irritated and embedding. I bought these as a last resort in a much bigger size (13/16ths) to give my piercings more room to heal. I had low expectations because I thought for sure I was just going to end up being forced to remove my barbells and be a sad person. As soon as these came in the mail, I changed them out myself at home and literally by the NEXT DAY, all my swelling had gone down and the pain was almost non-existent. I couldn’t believe it! I started reading other reviews and realized a lot of other people were experiencing the exact same thing, and these titanium barbells ended up being lifesavers! I highly recommend these! They’re so comfortable and definitely worth the price!!! My piercings are finally healing like normal. I’ll for sure be buying more of these after I’ve healed completely!

I had a little mishap with the size of the item when I first ordered so I had to return a pair and order a bigger size. No big deal as the return was very easy and the product is fantastic. I had been having some trouble with my nipple piercings (I was wearing stainless steel bars) and as soon as I switched to these they stared showing immediate signs of improvement! Bars are comfortable and made of very high quality material, perfect for people like me who have very sensitive skin. Also, the packaging is awesome.
