I bought 10 of these as a memorial item for a family member that passed away. I used the personalization program linked to the item to put the name and info on the front and back of the tag...that was easy. But I was worried that the font size of the first and last name would look weird because the program automatically changes its font size with the amount of characters on each line. The first name has more characters (so smaller in font size) than the last name (so larger in font size) which I didn’t like. I wanted the first name to be bigger or at least the same size as the last name, not smaller. I placed the order and added specific instructions to the seller. The seller responded within hours and fixed the font size to my liking. Very happy with the results and customer service. They arrived looking great, a heavy, quality chain, smooth edges around the tag, and centered engraving of words on both the front and back of the tag. I’ll be ordering these tags again in the future but for an end of season gift for a sports team.

Got my order today and it is okay. I asked to engrave it landscape however I went for the maximum # of lines and characters per line allowed and I am realizing that the font size used to accommodate the text is really small making hard to read whatever was engraved, so my advice is to go for maybe 5 to 10 characters less of the maximum allowed. Additionally seems like 3 lines is also too much, maybe 2 lines indicating that you want one full empty line between both may be the right approach. The engraving is weird and wondering if it will last because feels like a paint and not like a standard laser burn.

The length of the chain was perfect. The font options were great. My husband loves it! I like it so much I will order one for myself. Worth every penny! Update: I loved my husband's so much I got one for myself. I love it. Its got some weight to it and doesn't feel cheap. On the front of this, I skipped line 1 and went with lines 2, 3 and 4. On the back I put the words on lines 2 and 3. Hope this helps. Overall we are very happy with these.

It's smaller than I expected, but that's on me. They give you the measurements in the images provided, and they are accurate. I tried to offset the picture so that it wouldn't have a hole poking through the top part of the image, but either I changed my mind or they did for me. With a product like this, it's hard to tell whether small errors are the mistake of the seller or the buyer. The picture isn't super high quality but it matches up with the provided images of what to expect. The words are printed, not engraved. I got the keychain version, and the ring just looks absolutely massive lol, not a big deal, but kinda funny compared to the pendant. It came in a nice drawstring bag which is perfect as I'm giving it as a gift, and it also provides a nice way to store it. The image does appear slightly stretched, which leads me to believe that they stretched it because I left that buffer space where the hole goes. But again, I don't really know, I'm just speculating.

I love the necklace and the engraving is amazing but they seriously trick you with he size. A normal dog tag would be way bigger, but I still love it. This is one of my favorite quote's and 52 is my favorite number, 73 is my least favorite number. Its balance I guess. Also it smudges and scratches easily but I can be carful with it.

This was an "it's too cheap to pass it up" purchase. If it turned out to be junk, no big loss. This necklace is stunning! The tag is heavier than I imagined it would be, and the chain is not something I feel like I would need to replace, (though it's not fine jewelry quality, it is very nice). The engraving is "clean". Very nicely made. I am considering buying more for my teammates - our roller derby team has a military related name and colors, and we typically do cheap dog tags for drafting players. This is a much nicer memento.

Buy this! It's bigger than we thought. It's smooth, clean, and the etched message we ordered was exactly perfect. I have no idea how they can offer this at this price but you can be guaranteed we're going to buy it again. We ordered the heart which is too big for a necklace but perfect for a keychain accessory.

I purchased these and engraved them back in 2017 to give to my favorite singer Halsey and her bandmates. The guys loved the gifts so much that they wore them onstage at my concert that was held at the Forum on November 3rd, 2017. It made me so happy. I would use this company again to make something special.
