Good quality coin bezel. I tested it and it is definitely silver. I used silver acid and a sketching Stone. It can take at least a 4mm necklace. It's very shiny and nice the tabs are about an eighth of 1/8" to fold over the coin.

I used this to make a necklace from an old Irish threepence coin. It was very easy to crimp shut, it fit perfectly, and my niece liked it.

Diamond cut is very nice. Prongs fold over and don’t snag clothing.

In order to properly install coin, you probably need a special crimping tool...That's all that I want to say, okay?

The imge gives the impression it has a front and back part, but its only the front with prongs which catch on everything, Otherwise pretty but wouldn't order again.
