Secure pill holder holds several tiny nitro pills and a few chewable aspirins for those with heart conditions. It is not obnoxiously large, just the right size for a pendant IMHO. It is just right, simple, beautiful and meaningful complete with a manta on the sides.

I love the size and weight of the necklace and the screw in top makes it perfect for my heart medication although one pull was too wide and had to be broken down. The bottom design was sharp and jagged and had to be filed/sanded down but it was perfect once that was done. Also I found out what the sum old mean. “ Om mani padme hum” it’s a mantra. Wiki has a neat explanation of what it means. Also not Tibetan writing but still neat.

the pendant is nice.
The split ring for attaching a chain is flimsy and came apart causing the pendant to fall off the chain. I had to solder the ring closed to fix it.
could use a gasket for an air/water tight seal. Some meds need protection from humidity

Works great for my mother to carry aspirin and her nitroglycerin, watertight so everything stays fresh and dry. Very beautiful design, just wish I knew what the wiring on it meant.
