I am happy with this purchase. Four stars because it is not super high quality, but certainly seems good enough. There is no clasp on the chain - this may end up a good thing, or may end up a bad thing. It is long enough to go over the head. I was looking at crosses for a Confirmation gift for my 14 year old son and there in the middle of the page of crosses was this medal. When I looked at it closely, I saw that t was his chosen saint name, St. Sebastian, protector of athletes. I took that as a definite sign that I had to get it for him!! I am happy that I did - I think he will like it and enjoy having it. (I got him a cross, too).

I purchased this for my grandson for his confirmation and he loves it! Nice sturdy chain, good length. The box it comes in isn't anything fancy but he didn't mind.

The medal is a perfect Confirmation gift for our 13-year old grandson who is an athlete and scholar. The quality of the pewter medal and stainless steel chain seems very good.
